Parent and Toddler groups at Locks Heath Free Church are an excellent way of meeting parents and carers of young children in the local area. They run to benefit children aged under 4 years (pre-school) and are attended by mums and dads, grandparents, childminders or nannies, and their children.

One of the key aims of the Parent and Toddler Groups is to provide a warm and friendly environment for local families to come into the church building and make friends. Caring for babies and young children can be both exhausting and isolating and toddler groups are an excellent way of enabling parents and carers to establish their own informal 'support networks'.

Locks Heath Free Church currently have 2 parent and toddler groups running each week during school term time:

Tuesday  9:30am - 11:00am
Tuesday  1:15pm -  2:45pm

A wide variety of age-appropriate toys, games, activities, ride-on bikes and pre-school equipment is available each week, together with optional craft activities. Song and story time takes place weekly and is led by gifted story-tellers.

Refreshments are also provided during each session, including fruit or biscuits with juice for the children, and tea, coffee and biscuits/cake for the adults.
