Hi, my name is Diane and I am the Small Groups Administrator here at LHFC.
We believe that small groups are the key to making a large church personal. It is a place to discuss and explore the bible together, and build relationships with others and God. It is our dream to see everyone connected to a healthy small group where they can "do life together" with a few other people.

Small Group Leader's Training
The "Hosting Life Together" training series is designed for new and existing leaders. It's a DVD training series which includes 6 sessions. During the training sessions there is plenty of time to break into smaller groups and talk about your own small group experience; it's a great opportunity to learn off one another and to share your ideas.
Attending "Hosting Life Together" training is one of the prerequisites to leading a small group and will provide you with the tools you need to lead a healthy group. We will look at:-
- Create your own community
- Connect your group to one another
- Cultivate your spiritual journey
- Champion your gifts together
- Coach your group to shepherd another
- Celebrate your life together
